Kathryn was our Buyer’s Agent for our new home. We had some hurdles to overcome but nothing stopped Kathryn from making our dream home a reality. Kathryn goes above and beyond the work of an Agent. She always contacted the seller’s agent in advance to find out what the situation was with the houses that we were viewing (i.e., details of house, price negotiating possibilities, info. on the neighborhood etc.). She made us feel as if we were her only clients. Through her fine tuned listening skills, she takes her work very seriously to find exactly the house features that you are looking for. She does a phenomenal job networking to get the very best house, and price that met our needs. She is a very honest, open, and caring person who completely enjoys her job. No time is off the charts when situations or questions arise. I would highly recommend Kathryn because she is such a hard working, and sincere agent who truly is a pleasure to work with.

Has The Needs Of Her Clients As Her Upmost Interest

Kathy worked with us for about a year before we found out lake house. We knew pretty much what we were looking for, but needed to explore areas. We started out in 2018. Kathy sent us listings of houses in various lakes in southeast Michigan, as well as, many trips out to see areas and examples of what was out there. Kathy spent a lot of time with us. After many months and slowing down house hunting process to “winter over”, we started looking in earnest again in early spring of 2019. First, she found us what we thought was the perfect lake house, but the deal fell through because of a fickle seller and no fault of her own. She persevered and actually found us a better place on a large lake and a house/cabin that worked great for our family. Kathy has the needs of her clients as her utmost interest. What an awesome recap of our lakefront house hunting experience. We did travel to many southeast MI lakes; that’s for certain. It’s called becoming an “informed lakefront property buyer” huh!
