Hey, this petite, lovely, dynamo, Kathy, is the real estate genie! I was tasked with selling my mother-in-law's condo. Kathy guided me through an estate sale, clearing the remainder, managing garbage, updating the condo- repainting, new flooring, etc., and cleaning it spic and span. After that, she helped me fulfill all the inspection requirements. This stuff was so much to handle from the distance that I live, I faltered often! She never pressured me to rush, but kept me motivated. Kathy really went above and beyond helping me through. She gave me incredible sound guidance and real estate advice. When I finally listed, she sold the condo in less than 3 days with a super offer. She even guided me through the closing and wrap up. I cannot recommend her more highly as a professional realtor.
